Monarch Dental is seeking a motivated and clinically confident Associate Dentist to join their well-established practice in Leamington, Ontario. This is a key opportunity to step into a full schedule with a stable, high-performing patient base and the support of an experienced, collaborative team. With modern operatories, a dedicated assistant, and a strong hygiene program, this role offers a foundation for immediate success and long-term development.
This position is open due to the planned departure of a long-standing associate and includes the potential to expand clinical days through a network of nearby affiliated practices.

🗓️ Schedule:
• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Opportunity to expand days via affiliated practices

• 5 Operatories: 1 chair dedicated to the associate, 3 hygiene chairs
• Active Patient Base: 3,000+
• New Patients: ~30/month
• Hygiene: 4 hygienists (3 running daily)
• Chair Support: Dedicated CDA assigned to associate
• Administrative Team: Strong front office team and office manager who also serves as treatment coordinator
• Practice Culture: Supportive, close-knit team with strong retention and collaboration

🧑⚕️ Clinical Scope & Expectations:
You will be joining a team committed to full-scope general dentistry, with openness to mentorship and clinical collaboration. The current patient base includes significant demand in restorative, endodontic, and prosthodontic services, with flexibility based on your clinical strengths.
Desired skills include:
• Endodontics (including molar retreats, calcified canals)
• Oral Surgery
• Fixed Prosthodontics (Crowns & Bridges)
• Removable Prosthodontics
• Implant Placement (asset, not required)
Mentorship in endodontics is available from an experienced provider within the network. Clinical autonomy is respected, with full support for diagnosis and treatment planning.

About You:
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
